It can probably be done, I just haven't found it!! I do want to try the vegan brownies made with beans, those sound really interesting. <br /><br />I actually like making low fat brownies more than the regular ones. I've never actually made them because the ratio of butter to flour scares me, it's almost like eating straight butter! One of the best low fat brownies I've tried were Cook's Illustrated's low fat fudgy brownies.
