John and I had turkey lasagna last night with mushrooms and zucchini mixed in, perfect! This is my go to recipe I made up forever ago. Perfect if you ask me :)

ReplyDeleteI was going to make enchiladas for the friends we're having dinner on the boat with tonight. Now that I know it's pasta day I might have to rethink that! Maybe spaghetti with shrimp, feta, and tomato sauce?
