Saucy Mama - giveaway

Ok this one is to all you saucy mamas and papas out there! Seriously how fabulous is the name of this company?? Really now!

Saucy Mama is a new collection of marinades, mustards, and sauces. I was one of the lucky 25 bloggers who was sent a big box full to try out. In exchange for all these yummy sauces my task is to come up with a fun easy recipe that a stay at home saucy mama or papa could easily put on the table! I have until September 1st to come up with said idea... I have a ton bouncing around.. nothing 100% set yet though.

To check out their full collection head on over here.

I have to say the bottle of wing sauce is calling my name BIG TIME... it's also calling my roommates name... so I better watch out or it might be gone before I get to try it :D

Now, so you don't feel left out, Saucy Mama sent me some extra bottles of the Lime Chipotle Marinade.

Leave me a comment with what you'd use your bottle of Lime Chipotle Marinade on for a chance to win a bottle.

You have until the end of the day Monday August 3rd to enter. Make sure to come back and check to see if you won! (if you have a blogger account and it's set to private I can't go and see your email, so I have no way of reaching you... so check back to see if you won!)

Oh I love the name of these!!!! Saucy Mama :)

I'm thinking the Lime Chipotle Marinade would be perfect for a big flank steak. Grill it up over charcol, slice thinly and throw together some carne asda tacos!! :)

Chipotle lime marinade sounds delicious in a tofu stirfry, with southwestern veggies! Yum!

Lime Chipotle sounds like a perfect marinade for some grilled chicken or shrimp- and I'd throw that into tortillas with a slaw mixture and fresh salsa...and plenty of cilanto and avocado... my weaknesses

Alright, I am a soon-to-be newlywed in training. I have 3 1/2 months until the big day and I can't tell you I would use it on some exotic eggplant cheese sword fish masterpiece. (Doesn't that sound good lol) I am still mastering the art of a pork chop. It is a love hate relationship. I would probably use it on that in hopes that they won't taste like rubber next time... you feel me?

I'd use it it as a marinade for chicken kebabs (and yes, I said it just like they do on Flight of the Conchords).

Ooh lucky you!!

I would definitely use the chipotle lime marinade to make some steak or chicken fajitas! Yum!

This is totally my thing! I love sauces and making them...okay try this out:
Marinate sliced fresh plums, and serve over greek yogurt (chilled for 30 minutes in the freezer and topped with tortilla chip crumbs that have been tossed in a bag with a little oil and cinammon sugar. that should be MY ME MEAL!

Yum! I would use the marinade on chicken and veggies before grilling. I would make some delicious fajitias, and squeeze a little fresh lime on each one to bring out the flavors in the marinade. Yum!
