more grilled pizza

I can't help myself, this is just too easy to make... and doesn't heat up the house... and is done within 20 minutes of starting... I can't stop talking about it!!!

I made two this weekend... yup, two... and I love every minute of it. Did you all have wonderful Memorial Days? I hope so! John and I finished moving his stuff to the new house... a couch didn't make it... it wouldn't leave his house in one piece... we had to saw it in half to get it out LOL... yes you read that write! Best part... I used a super sharp kitchen knife to cut parts of it in and it went through it like butter!!!

OK back to that pizza, this time, spicy red sauce, mushrooms, chicken sausage, pesto blobbed on top. YUM To read about my first grilled pizza adventure go here.

Some days I think that I could live solely off pizza. Especially days when I see pizza that looks that good! Yum!

I want to make this! I have a pizza stone, is that different than a pizza peel? Thanks.

We made them last night. So good and so tasty!

@outoftherabbithole - the peel is the wooden large spatula thing that you see pizza shops taking them out of the oven with. The stone is the stone it cooks on. :)

Jeanne- twins again, I could live off pizza too LOL

outoftherabbithole- the best part of cooking on the grill is no stone is needed! So no time to heat it up or anything, just use the pizza peel (which thanks LES! for explaining) to fling it onto the hot grill and to take it off and you are good to go! YUM!

Les- awesome!!! what kind did you make?

I'm totally with you on the grilled pizza sentiments. In fact, I would eat it multiple times a week if Ryan would let us!

Yet another reason I wish I had a grill! Looks so tasty!

Steph, that pizza looks scrumptious! If I had a grill, I'd be grilling everything too. So nice not to heat up the house!

Congrats on moving John's stuff this weekend ... and my sympathies on the sacrificial couch! LOL

natalie if you lived close i'd say we can eat pizza and let john and ryan make themselves something lol

megan- john got it for me for my birthday! best gift ever :)

diva- lol thanks for the sympathy :) hehe

This might be a stupid question, but how did the couch get in there in the first place?! LOL...

Gonna have to try the grilled pizza. Sometimes it's just too hot to fire up the oven. This weekend was a prime example!

venessa- good question lol... our only guess is that when he had it delivered it was shrink wrapped so it was just small enough to fit! hehe

Minus the mushrooms, I'd eat that pizza all night long! Great job, Steph!

That is so hilarious that you cut a couch with a kitchen knife! I can't wait to try pizza on the grill...

The whole idea of grilled pizza is so much fun, it's definitely on my "to make" list for this summer. Thanks for the reminder!
